Located between the Étoile and Porte Maillot, this beautiful 180 m² Haussmannian apartment required a full renovation.

The goal was to create 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms while preserving the property’s original character. The kitchen was relocated to the former dining room, requiring the meticulous removal, numbering, and reinstallation of each parquet floorboard to accommodate the necessary plumbing. The former kitchen was transformed into a spacious bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Every trade contributed with the utmost care to achieve this high-quality result.
