Building Renovation

Two years of work, seven fully renovated floors, totaling 1,000 square meters… When you renovate an entire building from top to bottom, the numbers quickly become staggering! The project, carried out for a private investor, involved dividing and restructuring the existing spaces to create several high-end apartments. This was achieved by restoring certain elements (such as original parquet floors, moldings, and decorative ceilings) while introducing a contemporary touch, notably through the addition of steel-framed glass partitions.
