Under the Roofs

Here is a unique apartment, nestled under the Parisian rooftops in the heart of the Marais. A blend of history and heritage, the challenge of this complete renovation was to highlight these two features while infusing the space with modernity and light. A successful endeavor with Emilie Bouaziz.

Scope of Work

Everything had to be redone in this Parisian apartment:

– The entire staircase leading to the apartment’s living space was reconstructed.
– All partitions were removed to create a new, continuous space.
– The walls were rebuilt while preserving the exposed beams to maintain the apartment’s charm and historical character.
– The layout was restructured according to the architect’s plans, with adjustments made to the electrical and plumbing systems.
– The floors and paintwork were also completely redone!

After the renovation, the apartment boasts a high-end finish, marking yet another successful project!
